What You'll Do:
As a Server/Bartender, you'll be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You'll be mixing drinks, serving dishes, and making sure every visit feels like a celebration.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take and deliver food and drink orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare cocktails, pour beers, and craft beverages to spec
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area
- Handle payments and operate the POS system with precision
- Follow all alcohol service laws and safety protocols
- Work closely with your teammates to keep service smooth and fun
- Represent The BrewHouse’s welcoming, high-energy vibe at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of serving or bartending experience
- Smart Serve Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Bonus Points For:
- Passion for craft beer, cocktails, or the local food scene
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or brewpub
