Wescast Industries Inc is currently recruiting for a Machining Production Work Team Leader for our North American Business Unit located in Wingham, Ontario
This position provides leadership to Techs and production teams; managing day-to-day activities utilizing the Wescast Operating System, and continuous improvement. Ensures that financial and non-financial operating targets for their teams are communicated and achieved. The shift of this position is TBD for the moment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and procedures
· Demonstrated leadership skills including facilitation, coaching, training and conflict resolution
· Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills
· Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
· Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office
