We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
- Provide care and supervision to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Support social-emotional development through positive interactions and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support individual learning goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with parents and team members
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and transitions between activities
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Certification or training in early childhood education is desirable but not mandatory
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in child development and learning
- Ability to pass background checks and meet health and safety requirements

Early Childhood Educator Certificate Level-1, 2 or 3
First Aid Certificate
Most recent Police verification
Previous experience working with children
Pay: $17.00 per hour
