Title: Transformation Analyst

Description:
The Transformation Analyst will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada through developing and leading a pipeline of productivity projects leveraging Lean Six Sigma, transformation ideas and other tools within the PFC Canada Western Canada Supply Chain. They will also provide support for field execution and develop end to end solutions to roll out to field teams, and coordinate these projects with the SC leadership teams, and other improvement project teams. The position’s project leadership includes identifying opportunities, defining and financially justifying projects, launching project teams, using good project management to manage team activities, leading teams to execute projects with the problem solving methodology, tracking project status and results, removing and elevating project barriers, and developing team members. Identifying integration issues with other projects/processes and coordinating the improvements with the appropriate project/process owners to accomplish the project goals is also key to this position.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead / facilitate project identification to develop productivity pipeline and projects for overall performance improvement. Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy
Ensure that the pipeline of productivity projects (Capital transformation, Service and item cost reduction, Compression and LSS) meets the business needs for cost compression
Partner with key functional resources in PFC HQ to leverage best practice (Safety, cost and service)
Manage the development and maintenance of reporting and scorecard systems for measuring the degree to which the project goals, objectives and metrics are being met.
Ensure projects are integrated with other business activities, improvement projects, and business strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in leading improvement activities.
Solid project management skills and team leadership skills.
Must be a results-oriented 'change agent' who is an effective business systems thinker.
Effectively communicate with all levels to maintain relationships and cooperation in pursuing the Business Unit’s goals.
Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
Understand statistical analysis tools/methodology, project management, Lean Six Sigma, financial principles and apply them to analyze the planned activities and projects.
The candidate for this position must be pro-active, analytical, and process driven
Post-secondary certification/degree preferred
