THE ROLE
Installation of soffit, fascia and eavestroughs on residential projects
Participation in safety program and procedures
Team Leader would lead Aluminum Team (2 to 4 person crew) and safely achieve objectives
Team Leader would supervise employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans and job specifications
Team Leader would monitor attendance of staff and accounting of hours/posting
Team Leader would resolve employee and customer concerns
Team Leader would assist in resolution of technical problems

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A star candidate would have:
- A Class 5 License
- Prior experience in the industry installing soffit, fascia and eavestroghs in Winnipeg and surrounding area
- Be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Team Leader should have prior experience in a leadership position (preferably 2+ years) requiring regular customer communication
- Team Leader should have an understanding of building systems

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
