We're looking for an experienced Aesthetician & Skin Specialist who is passionate about their craft, committed to continuous learning, and obsessed with creating unforgettable guest experiences.
This is more than performing treatments. It's about building relationships, creating trust, and delivering an experience that clients can't stop talking about.
What You'll Do
You'll provide exceptional treatments while delivering a level of hospitality that exceeds expectations.
Services may include:
- Advanced customized facials
- Skin consultations and treatment planning
- Dermaplaning
- Chemical peels (training available if required)
- Laser Hair Removal
- Waxing and/or sugaring
- Brow and lash services
- Wellness Services
- Manicures and pedicures
- Retail skincare consultations and recommendations
You'll also:
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional care
- Educate guests on skincare, treatments, and home care
- Maintain impeccable treatment rooms and clinic standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in education and ongoing professional development
- Support launches, events, memberships, and brand initiatives

Qualifications
- Licensed Aesthetician (or equivalent recognized education)
- Experience in facials and skin treatments
- Experience in waxing and/or sugaring preferred
- Experience with laser technologies considered an asset
- Manicure and pedicure experience considered an asset
- Retail sales experience is an asset
Training will be provided in advanced services for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Belleville area
- Reliable transportation
- Available for evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
