Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining efficient production processes and ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools for assembly and repairs.
- Manage warehouse inventory and ensure proper storage of materials.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
- Assist in training new staff on machinery operation.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery, preferably in a printing or packaging environment.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Valid forklift certification or experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with assembly processes and hand/power tools.
- Strong attention to safety standards and procedures.
- Warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
