We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide guest services that promote satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
Skills
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent time management skills to serve guests promptly without compromising quality
- Basic math skills for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members
- Hospitality-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance the dining experience

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
