Join Our Client's Dynamic Team as a Production Labourer!
Our client, a leading international organization located West of Ottawa, is seeking dependable and motivated Production Labourers to join their indoor team on both the day and evening shifts. Enjoy consistent employment, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Bend, cut, bundle, and load steel bars for customer orders
- Operate bending machines, shears, and spray guns
- Unload trailers, store materials, and maintain shop cleanliness
- Assemble, tie, and label orders to be loaded onto trailers for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a physically demanding role (construction, landscaping, roofing, etc.)
- Must have own vehicle (not bus accessible)
- Safety-conscious with consistent work history
- Willingness to travel to Carp and have own vehicle
- Positive attitude, motivation to learn, and ability to lift 50lbs frequently
Available Shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM – (1 Opening)
- Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM – (2 Openings)
Competitive Compensation:
- Day Shift: $23.00 / hour
- Evening Shift: $24.50 / hour
