Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and mentoring team members
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards
- Coordinate food service activities during meal periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
- Support menu planning, recipe development, and presentation standards
- Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and excellent food preparation skills

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
