Job Summary
Pro-Tech Sales and Service is looking for an experienced Technician, Water Well Drilling to join our team in a permanent, full-time role.
This is an on-site position suited for someone with hands-on experience in water well drilling, a strong mechanical mindset, and the ability to work safely and professionally in the field. The successful candidate will be involved in drilling operations, service work, travel to job sites, and supporting customers with reliable water well solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operating and assisting with water well drilling equipment
- Performing field service, maintenance, and repair work
- Preparing job sites, tools, materials, and equipment
- Troubleshooting drilling, pump, or water system-related issues
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Travelling to customer sites as required
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed
- Representing Pro-Tech Sales and Service professionally while working with customers and team
Qualifications
- Water Well Drillers Trade Certification
- Other trades certificate or diploma
- 3 to less than 5 years of related experience
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a driver’s licence validity check
- Ability to be bonded
- Willingness to travel for work
- Strong work ethic and ability to work safely in a field environment
- Ability to work overtime when required

Pay: $23.50-$24.00 per hour
