Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, managing customer inquiries across various channels and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will also involve supporting the day-to-day operations on our platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
- Lead Generation: Assist in generating sales leads by providing relevant product or service information.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes. Follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Platform Operations: Assist customers with the ad placement process and provide guidance on using the platform’s features effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative (preferably in ecommerce or online platforms).
- Strong phone handling skills with an ability to actively listen and provide clear communication.
- Familiarity with online platforms and operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
