Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, making sauces, baking buns and portioning ingredients
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation
There are times that you will work independently and most times you will work with one or two kitchen staff.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
