Hue Spa & Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Esthetician to join our growing team in North York (Yonge & Steeles).
We specialize in advanced Korean skincare and are expanding our medical aesthetics services with LaseMD Ultra and XERF laser technology. We are looking for someone who is confident in skin consultations, has a strong understanding of laser treatments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Please note: This position is intended for experienced professionals. We are not hiring entry-level estheticians at this time.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced facial and medical aesthetic treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on each client's skin condition and goals
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, and home care
- Perform or assist with laser treatments while following all safety protocols
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent care and results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment
Qualifications
- Certified Esthetician (Medical Esthetician preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in professional facial and skin treatments
- Strong consultation and client assessment skills
- Extensive knowledge of skin conditions, treatment planning, and skincare products
- Strong understanding of aesthetic laser technologies and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Experience with LaseMD Ultra, XERF, Lutronic, Cynosure, or other medical laser platforms is highly preferred
- Ability to confidently explain treatment options, risks, expected outcomes, and aftercare to clients
- Professional, confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about client care
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Korean speaking is an asset, but not required
