We're seeking a highly organized, experienced & passionate individuals to join us as Servers and/or Bartenders at El Corazon Keswick.
We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to provide a excellent guest experiences. We are hiring for Full-Time + Part-Time positions.
Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Our team is filled with people who are passionate about providing an above and beyond experience for guests. Knowledge in tequila and mezcal is an added bonus!
Responsibilities - Bartenders:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Ensuring all guests come in and have a positive experience, new or returning!
Servers come to work with the same team mindset while independently providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The goal is to enhance and preserve the reputation of our venues with quality customer service skills, innovative brain-power, and a can-do attitude! Knowledge in tequila and mezcal is an added bonus!

- Ensuring all guests come in and have a positive experience, new or returning!
