What you will do

In this role, you will work on the development of state-of-the-art Web and Mobile cloud-connected applications related to the fire detection business.

Our fire detection products are embedded in restaurants and buildings you visit every day. You will design, develop and deploy web and mobile applications to integrate our products to the cloud. You will be part of a motivated and dynamic cross-functional agile development team delivering value added Cloud solutions for life safety systems. Your development is important to us and we will be there to support you in your professional development.

How you will do it

  • Participate in the development of web and mobile applications for fire detection systems
  • Design, implement, deploy and support software solutions by optimizing functionalities, development tools and methods
  • Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to offer the best user experience
  • Actively participate in software planning and estimation activities
  • Work with QA to track problems and resolve issues
  • Continuously strive to hone your skill set
Qualifications

What we look for

  • 2+ years of direct experience in commercial Mobile and/or Web applications development
  • Development experience with JavaScript, React, React-Native, C/C ++, C # and/or Java
  • Development experience with Agile methodology, CI/CD pipelining and versioning tools
  • Experience with cloud-connected devices using Azure and leveraging RESTful APIs an asset
  • Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Strong team player with well-developed interpersonal skills, results oriented and self-motivated
  • Fluent in French and English
