WHAT THIS CHALLENGE IS ABOUT
The intern will be part of the IT team, specifically the group responsible for IT procurement, budget tracking and IT performance monitoring. The successful candidate will be an energetic person who will work actively to negotiate selected contracts, implement IT performance analyses and help put contract management software into place. Specific duties include the following:
Implement performance analysis:
Work with the various IT sectors to identify KPIs to be used in various dashboards;
Put information collection processes in place with a focus on automating data entry;
Prepare presentation tables;
Carry out a variety of analyses to identify indicators in need of particular attention;
Prepare contract and business agreement renewals:
Contact suppliers to advise them of upcoming renewals;
Prepare new contracts using the templates provided;
Share proposed new contracts with suppliers;
Respond to requests for changes.
Help implement contract management software:
Prepare data validation reports;
Coordinate and/or perform data entry for contracts;
Test the different features and note any issues that may arise;
Provide user support as needed.
What we’re looking for
Enrolment in an undergraduate program in accounting, business administration or computer science;
Excellent analytical skills;
Proficiency in Excel;
Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
Interest in contributing to a dynamic team!
