Front Desk Medical Aesthetics Client Coordinator & Social Media Assistant

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Dermesthetics is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing medical aesthetics clinic. We are seeking someone who is passionate about the beauty and aesthetics industry, enjoys working with people, and can help create an exceptional experience for every client.
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or aesthetics environment who is comfortable multitasking between front desk operations, social media, and business support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily clinic calendar
- Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries
- Assist clients with treatment information, skincare products, and booking recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Create engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Capture photos and videos of treatments (with client consent)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Help maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation
- Support inventory management and daily clinic operations
- Provide administrative support to improve business efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, dermatology, or plastic surgery office preferred
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, skincare, injectables, and medical aesthetics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok business accounts
- Comfortable creating reels, stories, and promotional content
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with booking software is an asset
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
