This opportunity is being recruited on behalf of one of our client organizations that is currently expanding its team in Mississauga, Ontario. Successful candidates work directly with the hiring organization.
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our client's team.
This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on customer engagement, sales support, and community outreach. Representatives interact directly with members of the public, introduce products, services, and ongoing initiatives, answer questions, and help build positive customer relationships.
The position combines team meetings, structured training, professional development, and in-person outreach activities.
No previous industry-specific experience is required. Training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Represent our client organizations through professional customer engagement and outreach activities
- Engage members of the public in friendly and professional face-to-face conversations
- Provide clear information about products, services, programs, and current initiatives
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate information or recommendations
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members
- Support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Participate in daily team meetings, training, coaching, and development activities
- Work collaboratively with team members toward customer service and performance goals
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and professional attitude
- Comfortable speaking with new people in a face-to-face environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Motivated with a willingness to learn and develop professionally
- Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, promotions, or related experience is an asset but is not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation
- Daily base support/per-diem for each day worked
- Additional commission and performance-based incentives
- Total earnings may vary based on attendance and individual performance
- Ongoing training and professional development provided
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time position
- In-person role based in Mississauga, Ontario
- Combination of office meetings, training sessions, and field-based customer outreach
