Position Overview
This is a unique hybrid role that combines retail leadership with content creation and brand marketing.
The ideal candidate has previous clothing retail management experience, enjoys creating content for social media, and is excited to help grow our brand both in-store and online.
What You'll Do
Retail Leadership & Operations
- Support daily store operations and sales performance
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management and receiving
- Support opening and closing procedures
- Help ensure company policies and standards are followed
Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media
- Capture product features, new arrivals, promotions, and staff highlights
- Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Bring monthly content plans to life through creative execution
- Assist with basic website content updates and product features
- Collaborate with ownership and management on marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Previous clothing or apparel retail experience
- Previous retail leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Comfortable creating photo and video content using a smartphone
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Preferred
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business
- Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools
- Experience with visual merchandising
- Photography or videography experience

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager who is equally comfortable leading a retail sales floor and creating engaging social media content that showcases our products, team, and brand.
