Sign Fabricator / Aluminum Fitter

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts

National Neon is a leading Canadian signage fabrication company specializing in everything from illuminated channel letters and pylon signs to LED retrofits and custom graphics.
We’re a busy, fast-paced shop looking for a skilled and motivated Sign Fabricator / Aluminum Fitter to join our growing fabrication team.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld aluminum structures, cladding, and sign components
- Read and interpret shop and engineered drawings
- Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on your own work and assist with reviewing others’
- Work collaboratively with fellow fabricators, welders, and installers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications
- 1+ year of aluminum MIG welding experience (preferred)
- Experience in metal fabrication or sign manufacturing an asset
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to read technical and fabrication drawings
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Positive attitude and team player in a fast-paced environment
