What You'll Do
As a Crew Lead, you'll be responsible for leading residential painting projects from start to finish while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and coach a painting crew on residential projects.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and production standards.
- Set up each job site for efficiency and cleanliness.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project.
- Ensure proper prep, masking, spraying, brushing, rolling, and finish work.
- Train apprentices and helpers using company systems and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Complete daily progress updates and communicate with the Production Manager.
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction before job completion.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for professionals who:
- Have 3+ years of residential painting experience.
- Have previous Crew Lead or leadership experience (preferred).
- Can spray, brush, roll, prep, patch, and perform finish work at a high level.
- Take ownership and solve problems without constant supervision.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Can pass a background check.
- Are dependable, punctual, and take pride in their work.
