Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented vape store sales associate. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Recommend additional items or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Knowledge of vape products is a plus
