We're growing, and we're looking for a seasoned aesthetician who takes pride in their craft to join our team.
The Opportunity
This is a contractor role built for an experienced professional who already knows their way around a treatment room and wants the autonomy of an independent model with a steady stream of clients. You'll deliver a full range of facials, advanced skin treatments, and laser services in a well-equipped, professional clinic environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform all facial types, including microneedling and chemical peels
- Deliver laser treatments safely and effectively
- Consult with clients on skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care
- Build lasting relationships that keep clients coming back
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetician
- Laser certification is mandatory — applicants without it will not be considered
- Proven ability to perform all facial types, including microneedling and peels
- A professional, client-first attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliability and the ability to manage your own schedule within our required days
Schedule
- Required workdays: Wednesday through Sunday
- Clinic hours of operation: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Sunday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation & Structure
- Independent contractor model
- Starting pay: $20 per service
- Consistent client flow in an established, reputable clinic
