We are an interior design and construction company working on a range of commercial and residential projects.
We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer with a strong design aesthetic, excellent spatial awareness, and the ability to produce high-quality visual presentations.
The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand the lead designer’s vision, develop ideas further, and translate design concepts into refined, practical, and buildable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior space planning and design concepts
- Work closely with the lead designer to refine and execute design direction
- Coordinate materials, finishes, colors, lighting, and overall interior palettes
- Create 3D models and high-quality photorealistic renderings
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and related construction drawings
- Develop millwork and cabinetry details
- Independently conduct site measurements and adjust designs based on actual site conditions
- Coordinate with the design and construction teams to resolve project-related design issues
Qualifications
- Background in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant professional interior design experience
- Strong design aesthetic, spatial awareness, and sense of proportion
- Strong 3D modeling and high-quality rendering skills
- Ability to think independently while quickly understanding and supporting the lead designer’s design direction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: SketchUp, 3ds Max, D5 Render, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar software
- Good understanding of materials, millwork, and basic construction details
- Able to independently complete site measurements
- Open to new technologies and AI tools, with a willingness to continuously learn and apply them to improve design quality and workflow efficiency
- Commercial interior design experience is an asset
- Familiarity with Ontario / North American design and construction practices is an asset
- Mandarin is a strong asset
- Additional language skills are welcome

Pay: $36,000.00-$41,600.00 per year
