Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 3 or 4 Apprentice/Journeyman Plumber to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical systems, construction, and plumbing principles, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and repairs
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble and modify plumbing components
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation or repair projects
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems to ensure optimal operation
- Collaborate with team members on construction projects as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues within plumbing systems using basic math and schematics for diagnostics
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and schematics reading
- Strong understanding of construction processes including carpentry and assembly
- Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting
- Experience with heavy lifting safely during installation or repair tasks
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to plumbing work environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction settings

Availability to Work Some Evenings & Weekends and have Good Communication Skills both Written & Verbal.
Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
