Job Summary
We have an open space where a Pharmacist can run and manage their own practice. Located in a medical office, this is an ideal space for any new or experienced pharmacist!
Duties
- Review and interpret physician orders to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide medication administration guidance and education to patients and healthcare staff.
- Conduct medication therapy management, including monitoring patient responses and adjusting therapies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and patient interactions.
- Stay updated on medical terminology, drug interactions, and new pharmaceutical developments.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
