Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers warmly, taking their orders accurately and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring all food safety protocols are followed diligently.
- Restock ingredients and supplies regularly to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units.
- Uphold quality standards by checking the freshness and presentation of all food items before serving.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and support a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn food safety practices.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for food preparation and stocking tasks.
