Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Manager to lead our culinary team at our celebratred company. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food experiences across our venues and events in the Toronto area. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily event, production and kitchen operations ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and supervise culinary staff to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop innovative menus that align with current trends and client preferences.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost controls to optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with event teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a volume driven, culinary or restaurant setting.
- Extensive food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
- Ability to develop creative menus tailored to diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication skills.

Pay: $60,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
