Production Worker – Straight Midnight Shift
IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Production Workers in Colborne, ON to support daily manufacturing operations with a well-established automotive manufacturing client.
This is a straight midnight shift position ideal for reliable, safety-focused individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Assemble, inspect, and package automotive components
- Operate basic production equipment
- Perform visual quality inspections
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality targets
- Support other manufacturing duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as required
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to complete a Criminal Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience is an asset
- Mechanically inclined
- Reliable and punctual
- Team-oriented

Swing Shift - Weekly Rotation
8 AM - 4 PM
4 PM - 12 PM

Straight Midnights:
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
