Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointment schedules, ensuring effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to upsell services when appropriate. This position requires a proactive approach to managing appointments and a commitment to enhancing the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure all client information is up to date.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell services during client interactions.
- Maintain organized records of appointments and follow-up communications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze information and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
