Residential Window CleanerJob Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Residential Window Cleaner to join our team. This position involves cleaning exterior residential windows using professional pure water pole systems and other specialized window cleaning equipment. You'll work outdoors at different homes each day, delivering outstanding results while providing friendly and professional customer service.
No previous window cleaning experience is required—we provide full training. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Clean exterior windows on residential homes using professional pure water pole systems.
- Ensure windows, frames, and sills are left clean and streak-free.
- Set up, operate, and maintain water-fed pole equipment and other cleaning tools.
- Safely use ladders when required while following all company safety procedures.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment between job sites.
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
- Represent the company professionally at every customer's home.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- Access to a reliable vehicle is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and at moderate heights.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in window cleaning, exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or other physically demanding work is an asset, but not required.
