Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our employees. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including health & safety, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a close-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement performance management systems to support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $50,500.00-$61,000.00 per year
