Organizing & Estate Clear-Out Labour Assistant
Hardline Organizing Solutions is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and client-focused team member to support organizing, downsizing, estate clear-out, move management, and general labour projects across Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas.
This is a casual / part-time position with project-based hours. The right person will be comfortable working in homes, apartments, storage spaces, garages, and estate situations where professionalism, discretion, and respect are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with estate clear-outs, downsizing, decluttering, and organizing projects
- Moving furniture, boxes, household items, and supplies safely
- Sorting items into keep, donate, recycle, disposal, and auction categories
- Loading and unloading vehicles, donation runs, and disposal materials
- Setting up shelving, storage bins, labels, and organized zones
- Helping prepare homes for moves, sales, auctions, or transitions
- Maintaining clean, safe, and professional work areas
- Supporting clients with patience, respect, and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence
- Comfortable with physical labour, lifting, carrying, stairs, and moving household items
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Respectful, professional, and comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Able to follow direction while also taking initiative
- Experience in moving, junk removal, organizing, construction labour, warehouse work, or similar roles is an asset
- Comfortable working around emotionally sensitive estate and downsizing situations
- Vulnerable sector/Criminal background check required
Position Details
- Casual / part-time, project-based work
- Starting at $30/hour, based on experience and reliability
- Projects located throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, Woodstock, Guelph, London, and surrounding areas
