About the Role
As an Independent Cleaning Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Performing thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping
- Deep-cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-use areas
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Tidying and organizing rooms for a polished appearance
- Following detailed checklists to ensure consistent quality
- Working alongside new team members to support quality and consistency
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Experience in residential or commercial cleaning, hospitality, or similar fields is an asset
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in all aspects of the role
- Comfortable using mobile apps to manage bookings and communication
- Clear communication skills and fluency in English
- Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional last-minute bookings
- Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone
Getting Started
- A professional cleaning kit is required to begin. We offer a premium starter kit for $200 (interest-free payment plans available). A credit card on file is required.
- Weekly supply costs average $15 for contractors working 35 hours per week.
- You’ll work as an independent contractor and provide your availability for bookings.
