Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in both residential homes and commercial facilities according to established standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
