Hours: 35 hours per week to start, with the opportunity to increase to 40 hours per week as your responsibilities and portfolio grow.

What You'll Learn

Your Responsibilities
Working directly with the Vice President of Leasing & Property Management, you will:
- Assist with leasing available apartments
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings
- Advertise rental vacancies
- Screen rental applications
- Prepare leases and tenant documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests
- Work with contractors and service providers
- Assist with tenant communications
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Move in's can happen on a weekend therefore you may be asked to move a new tenant in. You will of course be paid for any weekend work.
- Conduct property inspections
- Help improve office systems and operating procedures
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as required

Qualifications
- Business diploma or degree could be an asset but necessary.
- OR 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, sales, leasing, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
Previous property management experience is an asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage of $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on education and experience
