Job Summary (Servers)
We are seeking a friendly and professional server to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they receive exceptional guest services from the moment they arrive. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and experience in hospitality or food service environments.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait times efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus with enthusiasm
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Answer phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette and assist with reservation bookings
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed to support team operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or food service is preferred, including restaurant experience or hotel background
- Pro-Serve Certification
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Job Summary (Cooks)
We are additionally seeking cooks to work closing shifts ( 4pm - close). Prior experience in closing kitchens is a strong asset. Experience using pizza ovens will make a good candidate. Personal transportation is important for late closing shifts at 10pm - 12am.
