The role requires a creative flare, outstanding communications ability, operations business knowledge, a passion for marketing, and the ability to multitask while paying great attention to detail.
Work directly with the Channel Marketing team on the strategy, design and execution of marketing programs and communications within Loyalty and Retention
Brief and present marketing campaigns and present updates to larger groups
Coordinate with peers within Customer Operations to ensure of business and campaign objective alignment
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders from across the business units
Manage timelines of campaign deliverables and approvals with agency
Revise and facilitate translation of marketing content as required
Research, author and assist in designing messaging with creativity and clarity, executing across multiple platforms such as Agent Suite, Digital Screens and the Channel Newsletters
Track, analyze and create reports with key metrics associated with marketing campaigns and communications
Occasional after hours support for high volume periods such as Black Friday and Boxing Day
Post Secondary education in Marketing
Experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in a large organization
Creative and open minded – knowledge and experience with the strategy, design and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
Excellent project management and organization skills
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight time frames
Ability to work with other teams, and employees at all levels to ensure the efficient coordination of tasks
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and able to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving & changing environment
Flexible to work extended hours when required
Experience in Telecommunications is a strong asset
Bilingual is an asset (written and spoken English and French)
Knowledge of call centre operations activities and business realities is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
