PERSONAL DRIVER & FAMILY ASSISTANT
Location: Calgary, AB
Compensation: $20.00–$21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Personal Driver & Family Assistant to provide transportation, personal assistance, household support, and clinic-related errands.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely driving an individual and family members, assisting with household tasks, running errands, and supporting daily operations of a busy professional household and medical clinic.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Additional hours may be available as needed
ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties
- Pick up the individual each morning at approximately 8:30 AM and transport him to work using the individual's vehicle.
- Drive the individual to appointments as required.
- Transport the individual to the gym at approximately 3:30 PM.
- Drive the individual home at the end of the day.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle.
- Ensure safe and professional driving practices at all times.
Clinic & Errand Support
- Purchase and pick up clinic supplies.
- Run business-related errands.
- Assist with deliveries and pickups.
- Pick up meals and refreshments when required.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks.
Household & Family Support
- Drive family members to appointments and activities as required.
- Grocery shopping and household supply pickups.
- Load and unload groceries and household items.
- Assist with organizing household errands and day-to-day tasks.
- Provide general support to ensure household needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- Clean Driver's Abstract.
- Criminal Record Check required.
- Excellent driving record and knowledge of Calgary roads.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift groceries, supplies, and household items.
- Previous experience as a driver, personal assistant, caregiver, concierge, or similar role is considered an asset.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience.
