- Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, wallpapering, etc. work, according to the hotel's standards and norms;
- Perform a general tour of the hotel to check lighting, change bulbs and make repairs;
- Respond to customer service requests (heating, air conditioning problems, etc.);
- Perform various repairs in rooms;
- Inspect ventilation units on roofs, exhausts and air inlets;
- Check the exterior of the building;
- Maintain the swimming pool; ** Pool Experience is MUST **
- Perform preventive maintenance work;
- Any other related tasks.
Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
