The Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent will be responsible for Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West Mississauga. The successful candidate will be a assisting in Front Desk / Night Audit operations.
· Responsible for welcoming guests through check-in and out of hotel, receiving payment, correcting account and reservation discrepancies,
· creating and cancelling reservations and act as the main liaison between the guest and the hotel.
· Promptly and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.
· Reconciliation of the day’s transactions
· Performing the closing of the day in PEP the PMS system at the hotel.
· Performs the completion of the Night Audit Check list and Ensures the Night Audit Functions are completed and all reports distributed in a timely Manner..
· Input financial reports for management and submit
· Deliveries to guest’s rooms
· Security walks inside and outside of property
· Provide support and solutions to guest concerns or situations and ensure follow-up action is taken.
· Follow all required hotel & company policies
· Maximize room occupancy at best rates and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
· Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
· Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
· Establish and build relationships with guests to ensure all service expectations are exceeded
· Ensure & comply with company safety policies, procedures and guidelines
