Our organization is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team. This individual will primarily focus on outbound lead generation through cold calling and email outreach to engage new agency clients and foster business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. The role is mainly remote.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to identify, engage, and nurture prospective agency clients using cold calling and email outreach methods.
- Generate, qualify, and manage the agency sales pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle from initial engagement to booking meetings.
- Meet and/or exceed performance metrics for outbound calls, emails, appointments set, opportunities created, and closed agency business.
- Understand and articulate our agency service offerings and their value propositions to potential clients.
- Document all customer interaction and lead/opportunity details within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our industry and the agency landscape, staying informed of best practices and industry trends.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business development role, specifically working with outbound lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and/or exceeding lead generation and agency sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate potential agency clients.
- Ability to understand and explain agency service offerings and value propositions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
