The Opportunity
This is a hands-on, full-time seasonal position for a reliable, self-motivated landscape professional with hands-on experience in irrigation systems and a general understanding of landscape maintenance.
You’ll work in some of Toronto’s most established neighbourhoods as part of a skilled field team delivering personalized service to existing and new residential clients. This role involves physical outdoor work, problem-solving, and close coordination with supervisors to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform irrigation system maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, seasonal openings and closings
- Assist with new irrigation system installations and system upgrades
- Identify issues on site and communicate solutions clearly with supervisors
- Assist with landscape lighting installation and maintenance (asset)
- Drive company vehicles and transport equipment, including towing compressors when required
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions across the season
What You Bring:
- Strong work ethic and pride in quality craftsmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environment
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow direction while also working independently when required
- Flexibility to work longer days in peaks seasons, with occasional weekend work in spring and fall
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with landscape irrigation systems (maintenance, repair, installation)
- Familiarity with landscape lighting systems (considered an asset)
- General landscape maintenance knowledge
- Comfortable operating a wide range of landscaping equipment
