Who you are:

These skills help to transfer information from upper management to employees and communicate their teams’ performance or needs to high-level managers. You are an expert in your field and can efficiently manage daily operations as a result.
Doing what you do best:
Managing Workflow:
- Managing your department team; Patient Services
- Provide input and assist in creating and overseeing your team’s workflow, and the tasks required to complete a job
- You assist in defining goals, communicate objectives and monitor team performance
- Responsible creating and evolving structures
Training new hires:
- When a new team member joins the team, you will help them understand their role and support them during their transition
- This might include providing workplace orientation and explaining company policies or job duties
- You will manage all department onboarding activities, and work with your leader to make sure the new hire receives the guidance and information they need
- Provide feedback to your leader on trainee progress
- Communicate progress and react to areas of opportunity with trainee
MSPeople Leadership:
- You will often be responsible for reporting team and individual performance to human resources and senior management
- You may need to evaluate each member of your team and record employee punctuality, performance on goals, professionalism, disciplinary issues, adherence to company policies and more
- Assist in executing employee feedback and recognition programs
- When employees are unhappy with their workplace experience, they may approach you before speaking with management. This is your opportunity to use active listening skills to understand the team member and work with them to either reach a solution or direct them to speak to the clinic director.
- Ensure work environment is healthy, safe, and based on respect and trust while endorsing MSP’s standard of quality and service
Clinic Standards:
- Ensure department team members apply clinic principles and standards to improve patient experience
- Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the MSP standards handbook
- Execute the MSP premiere service mode
Schedule: Part time / Saturdays required
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
