Hummel Entertainment is currently looking for a responsible and reliable administrative assistant interested in working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted artist management, record label and music publishing company.
You will be available to work remotely and responsible for assisting in all areas of the company: basic administration and record keeping, social media campaigns, events/tour logistics, marketing and publicity.
You will be someone who is a highly motivated, organized, detail oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
Intermediate/Advanced skills in social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, YouTube is an asset, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) or Mac equivalent programs a must. Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver would be considered a valuable asset. Must be proficient using Apple Macintosh computers. Troubleshooting abilities would also be an asset. Basic HTML knowledge preferred.
This position requires you to work approximately 5-10 hours a week, with flexible days, afternoons and evening shifts (and the occasional Saturday) with opportunities to increase hours may occur. Remuneration will be based on experience.
