Assistant Restaurant Manager – Tim Hortons

Tim Hortons is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our team in Rosthern, Saskatchewan.
Rosthern is located approximately 40 minutes from Saskatoon. Please apply only if you are willing to commute or relocate.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and shift management
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and cash management
- Help achieve restaurant sales and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with Tim Hortons policies, food safety, and health regulations
- Handle customer concerns in a professional manner
- Support recruitment and employee development initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate to Rosthern, SK
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
