Grade K-6 Temporary Replacement Resource Teacher
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably a Master's Degree in Education, and have at least 3 years of experience.
Assessment Skills: The candidate should be familiar with various diagnostic tools, including formative and summative assessments, and understand their role in the educational program.
Instructional Strategies: The candidate must have expertise in a range of instructional strategies that address diverse learning needs.
Knowledge of the Fountas & Pinnell Benchmark Assessment System: Familiarity with this assessment system is essential.
The Resource Teacher is responsible for evaluating students’ academic growth quarterly, preparing IEP/RTI reports, and consulting with other school professionals, such as psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and social workers. The candidate must have experience conducting IEP/RTI and parent meetings as necessary.

Pay: $46,000.00-$60,649.00 per year
