Controller | Finance Leader
Tower Arctic Ltd. | Dorval, Québec
Build more than financial statements. Help build Canada’s North.
Most Controllers spend their careers reporting on the business.
Here, you’ll help lead it.
For more than 80 years, Tower Arctic has been delivering some of Canada’s most challenging infrastructure projects across the Arctic.
From airports and marine infrastructure to heavy civil construction and remote infrastructure throughout Nunavut, every project depends on careful planning, strong execution and sound financial leadership.
When equipment needs to reach the Arctic…
When materials only arrive by sealift…
When a delayed payment can impact an entire project…
Finance isn’t sitting on the sidelines.
It’s helping move the business forward.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll influence operations, strategy, cash flow and growth—not just month-end reporting—you’ve found it.
Why this opportunity is different
We’re not looking for someone to simply manage the accounting function.
We’re looking for a finance leader.
Someone who enjoys improving the way things work.
Someone who asks thoughtful questions.
Someone who challenges ideas respectfully.
Someone who wants to become a trusted advisor to ownership.
You’ll report directly to ownership and play an active role in helping guide important business decisions.
This is a hands-on leadership role.
Some days you’ll be improving reporting, streamlining processes or helping operations make better decisions.
Other days you’ll be reviewing payroll, supporting your team or rolling up your sleeves to ensure the work gets done.
That’s the reality of working in a growing business.
For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a senior finance leadership position.
