MountainWood Painting Corporation is actively hiring a new part-time individual to join our team as a door to door marketer for our local painting company. This is a flexible, fun and challenging position that offers personal development with hourly + commission based pay. We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable talking with new people.
The pay structure is hourly + commission. The hourly pay starts at $25/hr + commission. The commission structure offers employees $20/lead on top of their hourly pay. Plus we offer performance based incentives on top of the hourly + commission pay.
For this position you will be going door to door in local neighbourhoods offering free painting estimates.
The position is a minimum 12 hours per week, including 4 hours of work per weekend. You will be working 4 shifts per week, 2 during the week, and 2 on the weekend. The weekday shifts will be from 3pm - 6pm, and the weekend shifts will be Saturday & Sunday from 11am - 2pm.
It is mandatory that you have a valid drivers license and that you have access to a vehicle to get to and from all marketing locations. All marketing locations will be in either Collingwood, Thornbury, or the Blue Mountains.
We are looking for highly organized individuals who are personable and have a drive to make money. Teamwork and good communication skills are also vital to success within this position.
